The absolute worst Hard Money lender that I've ever dealt with. Taking advantage of vulnerable people, double charging, sending me court summons for properties that I never had a loan on, and even after making every single payment on time, and paying every extension, they added over $30K in fees just to pay off the loan. BEWARE! Super predatory!
Where to start with these crooks. Be very careful with the “bank”/ “hard money lender”, at first you will seem as your their friend but that will soon change after you close. I am a real flipper and have purchased a property on New Jersey Ave which I was able to complete the renovation. We found another property around that time so we were told from the owner and the agent we work with at the time (Conor Reilly).
