Extremely nice and helpful
I was very Disappointed with this U-haul pickup site. Mr Washington advised me it would be ok-gave me verbal permission to drop the truck off at my usual U-hail location (where I have 2 storage units and is right around the corner from my home), yet after turning the rental in on time to the approved location I was charged for 2 extra days! Once I saw my account overdrawn I called Customer service and was then informed I was being charged daily was due to not turning the rental to where I had picked it up from!!!!
