Love these guys. I worked closely with Jack on a completely new and updated hot water solution for my 5 bed, 5 bath home. He did an absolutely brilliant job. All of the work was done on time and with precision. While working on the job, Jack identified a few additional issues outside of the scope of work. He talked through the options and was able to provide timely fixes and improvements. After the completion of the job, Jack checked back in to make sure that everything was running well. Very poor communication, reliability, and customer service on maintenance. Jack installed my boiler in 2022. It worked fine for a year then had a series of faults and issues. It was very difficult to get him to come out and service it. When he did come out, he couldn't resolve the issues. More troubling was inability to contact him, missed appointments, not willing to respond to my communications. Essentially he ghosted me on and off for a year. Customer Service 5 -The owner responded to my emergency call while on vacation over the holidays and again on a weekend. Both times he or his team were on-site ASAP to triage the situation and got the heat and water back on. Jack takes the time to explain what he is doing and answers all questions.
