Jack is fantastic. Great communicator and very personable. After being told by the vendor who had serviced my boiler since before I bought my property that they no longer work on boilers, I started maintaining it on my own via YouTube videos. This worked for a time until it didn’t. It pains me to leave a poor review but I do not want others to experience what I did. I cannot recommend this business. They agreed to work and did not show up. Ended up hiring someone else who did show up and who did excellent work.

Jack is great to work with. I got to my cabin to find my heat was out. He patiently worked with me to troubleshoot the problem, asking questions, reviewing photos, etc. He was polite and professional, and his advice was helpful. I am happy to be working with him and appreciate the fair price and great service.
I've needed Jack's services twice for my 50+ year-old oil burner. Both times, he's responded quickly and courteously to messages, come out, and tracked down the problem, keeping the unit running.
