Is the cheapest parking in down town Bremerton and is free in after 5pm. Easy walk to Ferry and shipyard. Well lit and seems safe. Only issue is how to tight the spots are. You do not need to leave the ticket on the dashboard.. we always use this when going to the Baseball game, no price hikes, nice but when events are on 4th Street parking is a issue here.

Convenient, seems safe, we had no problems here. We arrived at 2:05 PM on a Friday, parked right next to entrance/exit, entered “stall” (space) number in the machine, inserted $5 bill for our $4 (3hour) parking (as it is free after 5:00 PM), no issues. EXCEPT the machine does not give change, as stated clearly on the machine, next time we will pay with credit card to take advantage of the actual cost. Oh well.
