I had an amazing experience with this place, and I especially want to give a huge thank you to Waseem. After purchasing my car, I discovered an issue with the rear axle assembly. Instead of giving me a hard time or making the process stressful, he immediately stepped up and made it right. Couldn’t be easier to deal with. No hidden costs. What he quoted was what I paid. Great place. I wouldn’t hesitate doing business with them again! Quick note. I had purchased a used vehicle on the day of the review. While it broke down on the way home, it is not a reflection on the team at Washington Auto Repair and Sales. I had test driven the car the week prior. When I called Waseem and crew, they had me return and had it fixed in minutes!
