There online banking website is difficult to use. The web site is down more than its up. Today, it's saying my account is locked due to security reasons. Not sure what that means, but I can guarantee one thing, tomorrow we open a new account st PNC. We had accounts with them before, and if there wss an issue. Someonevwsd available to help you. Now I have to wait until Monday to at least get the account unlocked.
I've been banking with them for over twelve years and I'll continue to for many to come! Their always there when you need help and make life simple! I always tell people it's the best bank to have!
