I'm very disappointed in Washington Architectural Hardware, which apparently has been acquired by Kendell Doors. After a belated receipt of a door package ordered and over-promised, under-delivered, the sales team, engineering team, accounts receivable team, and management was totally unresponsive to requests for missing parts, and timelines for delivery. There's a phone tree that goes nowhere. BEWARE: DO NOT USE them or Kendell Doors any longer.
Their salesperson quit and they are not selling their products over the counter. I know that they have my parts but won’t sell them to me.
Please hire professionals. I was going to give this place a chance but the process in finance is just slow. After talking with my girlfriends about this place, I decided to pull out due to an employee of yours. Please post a direct email or phone number for HR.
