This appraiser is useless. He severely undervalued our house. The comps he used were smaller and "fixers". Our house was beautifully remodeled. Luckily we got a second appraisal, correctly valued 10% more than this guy. This appraiser takes no account of remodeling, has no subjectivity, and is too stubborn to listen to opinions of his work. Automated appraisals, even Zestimates, gave more accurate values than this guy.
