The lack of professionalism from Washington Alarm is startling. The HOA for my home informed us that an inspection was scheduled, and all home owners would be required to be present for the workers to enter the unit. Which required many within the community, myself included, to take time from a workday to accommodate this. A headache, but part of life. Washington Alarm service personnel did an exceptional job of testing all the smoke, heat, and pull devices during the annual inspection. They replaced failed smoke detectors on the spot and upgraded the central station battery to the correct size.
WA Alarm is helpful and prompt with service. We all enjoy working with the office staff and the techs.
