I've owned some of my Washi shears since 2011, right out of beauty school. I love their scissors. During covid times, I treated myself to a Yasaka brand scissor through their webstore, even though my freelance work was very slow. 5-ish years later, I was able to do their sharpening service and it was really easy to do, mail them off with the forum completed and receive them back fast. My wife has tried all the big brands of shears over the years. I got her a Washi shear for her birthday, and she won't use any other brands from now on. Great selection of shears and excellent service - highly recommended!

Absolutely love my washi shear set. Beautiful.details, pink accented. So sharp, becareful while cleaning. It's been over 2 years since I bought my set, and they just now need to be sharpened. Looking forward to them being sharpened soon!!!

Outstanding customer service from the owner, Marc !!! I've been an owner and a hairdresser of 7 hair salons and a staff of 48 people in New York City for over 30 years . These are High quality authentic Japanese hitachi steel shears. I just purchased 2 pair and simply love using it . Highly recommend and giving it 5 stars
