Carwash mechanism malfunction (the swinging towel thing); towel hand dry was not doing a good job and using same towel for all cars; no self service towel or cleaner; no high pressure air; detailing not paying attention to detail, wax missing spots and didn't clean inside windshield.
Tomas wash very friendly and helpful definitely will be back
They did a great job on my Tahoe. Finally somebody really got my rims clean thank you.
