Paid for a wash, the stall wasn’t working. Paid for a second wash in the second stall which did work. Called for a refund on the first multiple times, no answer. $20 bucks for one subpar wash.
Would give less than 1 star if possible, never had issues here before really, simple ones but today I did the deluxe wash which includes all of the options and all it did was spray water on my car, the ceramic lava shield never sprayed out, the rain protect stuff never came out, even at the beginning when it just rinses your car didn’t work.
