Communication is poor, pricing inaccurate will not return
My company was looking for a floor scrubber. I found Washer Systems of Iowa by searching the internet. I worked with Travis on trying to figure out what kind of floor scrubber would be best for us. Travis is very knowledgeable about the equipment, has great customer service and is very professional. He took time to explain to me how the machine worked, and all the other tid bits i needed to know. Came here looking for assistance with an issue for our CarWash. Was approached by a man with kids out front who had their companies logo on their shirt. He told me that someone would be inside to help me. After waiting 15 minutes and not a single person to be found or to come help me I left. Not a good look. Will not be coming back.
Called for service a week ago and still not here to repair our pressure washer.
