Ive used him twice. Both times hes given me an exact time of arrival and arrived within 15 minutes of that time. He charges exactly what he tells you when you call. Hes even told me up front when it didns sound like something he could fix cheaply. I called another company to come out and the repair was \$430....almost exactly what he said it would be!!! I didnt fix that washer and from now on Tom will be my first and only call. If he says it cant be done....buy a new one.

Top notch service!! I called Tom to obtain a quote to fix my washer and dryer. By far, hes given me the cheapest quote all day. He scheduled me in for 4pm. I was okay with this appointment, however, he called me back 5 minutes later to inform me that he can be over within the next hour. WOW! Tommy agreed to come to my house Sunday afternoon.. By 3pm he called and said "he does not feel like coming, and will not make it today" I have wasted my whole day waiting for him, and my dryer is still broke. He offered to come Monday morning, @ 6:30 am, but I am trying to get out the house for work, and get my son to summer camp. He is not professional, has not respect for peoples time, I will never contact him for anything. Thanks for wasting my day Tommy.!!!!! From an angry person with a BROKEN DRYER!!!
