Fairly good wash; recently increased pricing from $5 to $8 for basic wash -- especially when customer has to do their own "finishing" drying means I'll go elsewhere.
Worst car wash ever. Don't waste money. I bought the most expensive wash thinking my car would have to get clean. I took pictures and said something to one of the workers and basically was told I would have to pay for another wash. I drive a Corolla how hard can it be to get it clean?
Camera shows damage by equipment. Manger owner says not responsible did not even refund cost of car wash.
This might be the worst car wash in the area... Drive a brand new vehicle. Paid for the car wash, there’s still dirt on my vehicle, bugs everywhere, wax from the tire cleaning crap, and soap spots everywhere. Arrived home to notice how many scratches were on my vehicle. Been here numerous times in the past with 3 different vehicles, great job but just recently I went and got a wash and hot wax then got home and took a look at the job done and all 4 of my rims were jacked deep scratches on all 4 then I brought this to the owners attention and as expected it was denied and nothing was done so be careful using this place being this vehicle is brand new I had it for 3days and and now it’s messed up and to get the response I got was certainly unprofessional and I will now never be back and I’ll ... read more
Visited the Lakeland location, they have terrible service. They have a group of teenagers brushing down your car, but they were so lazy about and looked like they hated being there, the signage was broken and not well kept. Garbage all over the ground and to top it off the brushes broke my side mirror and the blower snapped the bug shield in half on the front of my car. Worst Car Wash experience. Good thing there are better ones being built here. Thanks for the damage!
RecommendedI frequent often since I have a membership. I think it does a great job on the car and one of your team members does an outstanding job. Thanks goes to Steven. . . .he consistently scrubs the front of the car, turns the mirrors AND even scrubs the back. I really appreciate that!!
