Dealing with Sim was re-assuring. From our initial conversation, Sim took his time to explain the process, and provided honest, realistic expectations of a ceramic coating, compared to others who promote way above what is natural. He went through the products used and their benefits, and advised which combination was the best for my vehicle. The pricing was also far better than many of the others i had reached out to. It's also a nice touch that they provide 3 exterior hand washes when you take up any of their packages. 🙏🏼
