If you want honest work and it done right the first time, this is the place. Washburn Motorsports will not try to sell you something you don't need. I have dealt with allot shops in the past, and I feel very comfortable with the advice and recommendations given to me about my car. Thank You Shawn!!!!!
I have checked out other VW/Audi repair garages in the area and none have had the customer service that Washburn Motorsports exemplifies. I can drop my car off and trust that it is going to be fixed correctly the first time. If I ever have a question Shawn is right there to answer it with his knowledge. My car recently had a problem and Shawn was there with me on his day off trying to help diagnose the problem while I was stranded on the side of the road. This place is terrible! It will rip you off. I have a very terrible experience in this shop. The guy know nothing about car, and ripped me off.
Please read before taking your car here. Will Shawn do good work…..probably. Will he take advantage of you….maybe? Is he worthy of your business? NO! If you would have asked me 6 months ago to rate Washburn Motorsports, I would have given 5 stars. My husband and I have taken several cars over the last few years and always were very satisfied with the service and work. I regret to say that it has all changed. Had my REVO software installed on my 2010 VW GTI (which requires removing the ECU and bench flashing it) and it really brought my car to life. I had APR Stage 2+ previously and it wasn't even close to Revo's Stage 2 on a medium performance setting. Next will be H&R lowering springs and Koni shocks. Thanks Shawn for bringing back the joy to my ride.
