Washam showed up in a timely fashion and were able to diagnose and fix my AC issue same-day. Scott was professional and pleasant throughout the process.
I needed the spout removed from the bathtub. I tried getting it off but it was too tight. I didn't have the tools to do that. So I called this company. I went to Menards and I bought the whole kit. Shower head, turn know and spout so everything would be there to be used. The plumbers said that they could get a spout and I could return what I bought. Said it would be a quick fix and it would save me money. The plumbers had to fix the tubing because it was bent. They said that's the reason why I had a hard time getting it off.... read more
We are so grateful to Jimmy for coming out late on a Friday after a busy day to fix my furnace! Yay, Washam!
My son had a pipe burst at his home at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Friday and I called 5 other places and Washam was the only one eho could help ASAP. Jimmie was our tech and he was absolutely the best, getting the issue fixed promptly and giving us ideas to cleanup the water in the carpet. Will definitely use Washam for our plumbing needs if we need too again.
