I've been going to Wash My Spot once a month for years. My canine companion is going on 11 years so I'm pretty particular about her treatment. The people and service couldn't be better. I usually wash and brush her myself but recently I had shoulder surgery, was unable to do it myself so they cut her nails, brushed, washed and dried her for me and at a very fair price. They have very poor customer service skills. I went there for the first time yesterday. The man working there tugged my dog around after I asked him to stop. He was very rude and said "How are you going to do it then?!". This was not a good experience. I immediatly left, feeling uncomfortable and went to Suds Em on W.11th in Eugene. I had a great experience there. I would NOT reccomend this place to anyone.
