On January 31st their wash scratched my car. I have been trying since to get the situation resolved as well as getting a refund on the remainder of my wash card. The manager as well as corporate just keeps giving me the run around. I think small claims court will be next. They certainly are not customer friendly.
Do not recommend. My new car and now there’s scratches all over it and my rims got messed up...
Employees are extremely rude. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going here

I had my jeep washed there and a fog light was broken off. It is not a after market light, they will not replace the light. They say it is to much money and want me to get a cheap light that will not match the other one. The owner would not speak to me and the manager kept talking over me telling me about how is body is not what it used to be. Please tell me what his body and my jeep have in common?
Went thru today (aprox 5:30pm) after not being at the car wash for a long time and WOW!!!!!! Those guys out did the selves on my truck! I am so impressed i will be back WAYYY more often now! THANKS GUYS!
