Do not use this car wash any more especially if you have newer model car with automatic braking features. This car wash seems to have machinery issues that can cause your car to auto brake and then the staff there scream like maniacs blaming the customer when the customer is doing what they are supposed to do which is keep the car in neutral like they tell you to do and not touch the brake until the auto car wash is done.
