I purchased the unlimited plan, which isnt the problem. The problem is the way you handle your customers. I traded my vehicle in, and needed a new sticker, (which is 5 dollars :( but ok) but when I was like just cancel next month. Im thinking I have already paid this month, so I should be able to continue to wash my vehicle. The owner was completely nasty and arrogant.
