Very poor ethics at this company. I have never felt taken advantage of before like I have from this establishment. I started bringing my car here when the owner was still running the business at that time it was poor customer service with no regards to how they handled your vehicle. I believe in small businesses and went back again to have some previous work re checked and they told me I needed the same parts I was asking to have checked (this is new management) they checked their records and when they found they did the wor... read more
Took my car in to have it repaired. I told them the last time this happened the dealer changed out a bad ignition coil.They charged me over $500 (by the way $100 was for diagnosing the problem) and the car still had the same problem. They told me they would change out the other 5 coils for another $500. I take it back in and they tell me it is going to be $750.
