If you don't want to waste your money, don't pay with your card; only pay with cash. It costs $3.50 for 4 minutes. If you pay with your card, even if you only use it for 3 minutes or less, they'll charge you $10.50. In other words, they're stealing your money.

Did the place finally open up? Been going for the past month and its been closed while other self car washes 26 miles or more away have been open.
I don’t understand why people are complaining about paying $10.50 to use a self-service car wash when automatic car washes charge anywhere from $17 to $30. Ten dollars is a small amount, especially if you’re getting 6 to 10 minutes to wash your car yourself. With a self-service wash, you also avoid the risk of brushes scratching your car or the machine failing to remove all the dirt.
