Damaged my vehicle refused to repair it, General manager was exceptionally rude, had me bring my vehicle up to see the damage then insulted me. NEVER GO THERE, as a business when you do damage to a persons vehicle you should man up and do the right thing, this would've cost less than $100 to repair, now they lost me as a customer for life. Bad business decision
Don’t think I’ll go back. Went today paid for wash machine broke down and wasn’t allowed through. Reversed then Went to the other machine paid for wash and checked my bank statement while waiting and was charged twice! I ahowed the 1 employee (spraying cars) the double charges and was told “it’ll just delete one”. I asked if it doesn’t then what? His response was “then just call up here”. Good for a quick wash, though rarely thoroughly cleans my car. Staff is great, though, and I love that it's family-owned.
Brand new vehicle and this car wash put a scratch on my hood and all swirl marks all over my bumper. Avoid at all cost.
DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH . The car wash stopped two times during the car wash and we were stuck in there and when they got us unstuck, we almost ran into the door because it wasn't opening. The people working there didn't even acknowledge the fact that it happened and the car was still dirty afterwards! I do not recommend.
