August 1, I was an unlimited monthly wash customer for 6 months. Several weeks ago, my antenna broke off during the car wash. I contacted the car wash and they offered me a free one month unlimited car wash for $17.99, due to their error. I believed at the time, this would resolve my issue. I visited this car wash last Wednesday, and unfortunately, the car wash equipment completely ripped off my mirror cover. I provided my contact information at the time and was told someone would follow up within 24 hours. After not hearing back, I waited a few days and called, leaving a voicemail, but still received no response. I then stopped by in person on Monday and provided my information again. Fortunately, more car washes are opening nearby. I’ve been a member here for a couple of years. They’ve added vacuums that actually work. However, the quality of the car wash has only declined. Every time I go through, the soap sprayers don’t work properly; usually, 1-2 rollers also fail. Don't expect a good wash when you go through. I added this review 2 months ago.
