First off the sign says 7 dollars but they actually charge you 10. I paid twice because one of the stalls took my money but the switch and screen was broken. The second one I used had tar all over the handle and cord and it got all over my hands clothes and shoes. I’m having to drive with my socks off and try not to touch my car as I type this because I am covered. Absolutely awful
I paid twice for the automatic car wash, and both times it didn’t start. I called to request a refund but received no response. My next step is to report this to the consumer protection office.
Update this shit or just close.. I didn't even have a time for my wash or a a warning that it was about to turn off.. I didn't bring my card so now I have to rush home to rinse off this soap.. if you ruined my paint on my car I will make you liable for that. I took pictures of your faulty equipment too
