I paid twice for the automatic car wash, and both times it didn’t start. I called to request a refund but received no response. My next step is to report this to the consumer protection office.
Update this shit or just close.. I didn't even have a time for my wash or a a warning that it was about to turn off.. I didn't bring my card so now I have to rush home to rinse off this soap.. if you ruined my paint on my car I will make you liable for that. I took pictures of your faulty equipment too
Self serve wash was decent, but the vacuum absolutely sucked. Only four minutes for $2 is wild. It would been better to suck up the dirt myself with a straw. Do not go unless u need a VERY quick wash.
