I input coins in the vending machine. Did not get product. I reached out to the phone number and knocked on the office door. I got no response except from the old owner which was polite and said he dose not own thus establishment. The self serve car wash dose not function on the control panel like it states, wax, tire cleaner, etc. Just was not happy with the service. I should have problem went to a more reliable car wash and paid the money to drive through and have service.
