dirty way to wash
I came in requesting my car to be washed as it had gotten filthy and I haven't had time myself to wash it. Upon the drop off I warned them that my car has ceramic coating. On the day of pick up, car looked great, I felt something was a bit off as my paint did not feel as smooth as if it had a coating on. I ignored it and let it be. Next day it rained lots.
