They dude told me I got free car washes for a month and they charged my card $27 after I left. Very shady business practices. I’m about to come up there and raise hell.
Been a platinum member for about 2 years. Took a new Rav 4 through and the brushes knocked the cap off the top of the side mirror. While thats bad, accidents can happen. I filled out an incident report. The guy who took it was pulling video and said the manager would be in tomorrow and contact me in a couple days. Needless to say Ive heard nothing in over a week and corporate shows no record of my incident (but did show others for this location). So,I chose to pay the $60 for the part and just cancel my membership.
Friendly and easy and it gets my car clean
