We were really disappointed. As we were driving in and following the guy’s instructions on how to go left. We heard this huge crack and scraping, and we were both really upset and obviously right when we got out of the wash we checked my car and on the driver side it was all scraped up and cracked. On top of that we got the most expensive package and ended up having to clean our tires and around our car and windows after going through. We now avoid this car wash and go to another one that is in the area.
Scam alert! They trick you with a so-called ‘free wash’ and secretly sign you up for a $19.95 monthly charge. Completely dishonest — avoid this place at all costs.
My first and last experience here was to be greeted by a pushy grifter who lied to me about what the least expensive car was is. Straight up lied to my face. After arguing he admitted there was indeed a less expensive option. I asked if that is what he does to everybody and he responded "yes, I love it." Don't support business that act this way, boot them from Mt. Juliet.
Please be aware of them before sign up for something because they say verbally something and then when you call the customer service they don’t want to refund it and say they can’t do anything they said it’s promotion going on and I ask him that I just want to make sure I don’t get auto charge and and the guy said it won’t and I did get charged i will not use them or recommend them to anyone one.
