Customer service is not important at this location. Have monthly subscription and not getting clean. Person at wash said that's cant clean brake dust off wheels anymore. Why get a brush style was when only part of the vehicle is getting clean
Been here twice and that’s the last time. There is nothing wrong with the wash BUT I’m sick of the high pressure sales pitch for buying a membership and the attitude when I had to say no 3 times.
We just signed up recently and went for the first time today. We were greeted with very friendly customer service and the gentleman that was doing the prewash did a very thorough job.
I requested a single car wash and was pushed into a promotion that I did not want. When I declined, I was told to leave. Customer service is a must when the market is flooded with car washes. This happened at 2:50 on 12/19. Definitely will not be back.
