Never go here! We pulled up and immediately were hassled by a guy standing at the payment kiosk trying to get us to sign up for some monthly subscription. Then they had the audacity to ask for a tip for the guys scrubbing our car. Like 1)this is a car wash, I dont need help at the kiosk. And 2) tipping culture is already out of hand, I dont need a car wash asking me to leave a tip. Just pay your people more. Im sure the owner isnt hurting for money. Bottom line....dont go here.
The only place in town that has the air gun duster.. major plus! We like it alot.. the vacuum seemed fine the day we went.. edit: this place has went down on quality!!
I had a trial period plan and said i would recieve confirmation on if i wanted to continue. I definitely did not and got charged extra anyways. Why would someone want your most expensive wash when your place canr even dry a car off? You want you ride having water spots everywhere, film on the windows from the chemicals and have to rewash yourself at home this place is it. Very disappointed with the deceptive practices of this establishment. I was offered a “special deal” for 1 month of free washes, no membership or anything. The man at the kiosk acted like it was his gift to me. What a scam! I am currently trying to figure out how to cancel my membership, which, for some particular reason, seems extremely hard to do? You will no longer get my business. Unacceptable. Buyer beware.
Awful experience with staff. If you not interested in their monthly programs AVOID. Had a staff member take my debit card out of my hand and start the sales pitch, I listen and decline. He Further pushed and pushed and the 3rd time I said NO, he began to argue with a different point, I took my debit card back out of his hand.
