Used to be a good place about 6 years ago. Just recently my windshield was cracked and they wouldn't give me a copy of the incident report, they lied and said they'd email it to me and didn't. They finally emailed me a couple weeks later and said they denied my claim cause I didn't report it the same day and I most definitely did, the kid with the blue F150 even remembered me and wondered why I was back so soon after leaving. Their equipment is always having issues and they have a high overturn of employees, not a good sign.... read more
They don't own up to damage done to your vehicle instead they lie, deny and argue. Very poor manager that needs JesusHuge waste of money, it doesn't even clean very well and not enough room for larger vehicles to exit. Their equipment is always breaking and they don't offer the free use of cleaning supplies and drying towels.
