If I could give zero stars I would. After my wash, my truck had what looks like bristle marks ALL over the hood and roof. Called them and they said to take it up with the place I went to. The manager pretty much said nothing he can do and that it wasn’t them. So now my truck has the marks all over and they refuse to do anything about it. Do NOT use this place.
Even with the Platinum Plus wash. We went thru 2 times and still dirty all over. Pointless when you have to do it yourself at home.

I went to get my car washed and tge boy asked if I wanted the membership with them, I said no. I don't wash my car that often at a car wash. I paid for the car wash $28 and he said he needed my signature on the. Receipt, apparently my signature was put on a membership, and I was just bill fit. $48 came out of my bank account without my knowledge. when I called corporate, they said there was a fast pass number that I was to be given.
