Pushy sales people, and I've gotten better automatic washes from gas station car washes.
Horrible customer service. The guy working there today went out of his way to be rude to me. Never coming back. Crazy
It’s good that you get unlimited washes when you pay monthly but my car never gets very clean. The guys with the brushes are pretty lazy about it so you will still have bugs on your front and windshield. Some locations are better. I canceled my membership finally
If you want to test them see if they do a good job, you purchase one wash however they will tell you they will give you a free month for that price (single wash) however they do not tell you they sign you up for a membership, which by the way super expensive monthly memberships, even after a told the person I do not want a membership.
