Entered my Platinum Wash, went to put my card in, the attendant that was offering a free 30 day trial (I declined) HE TOOK my card and walked away to another card reader to process my payment. I called the 877# today to advise that it made me uncomfortable and there was no reason for him to take my card. SKYLAR was so rude and dismissive, 'They do that sometimes' anything else you need? Older fellow that is way too pushy and made me feel stupid for not signing up. Can I not just get my car washed please?
Every time I have stopped at this location, a simple desire to have my car cleaned turns into a timeshare-esque sales pitch for a membership. Each time, I explain I don’t live in the area and a membership does not make sense for me, which is usually followed by a cold response. Today was no different.
