premium wash doesn't dry Hood windshield or entire rear of the car Altima 2024
Been coming here for several years and they always did a great job. The last year or so it has really declined though. Just stopped there today and when I got back in my car, they had wiped almost nothing off on the inside. I asked the one gentlemen to redo the inside and he did, he took about 3 or 4 swipes at it and sent me on my way. The entire inside looks not quite but almost identical to the way I brought it in. Bought the monthly wash package and right after renewing for the next month my car gets several scratches. I told the guy on duty but he tried to say it was there when I brought it in. After several emails to the company, they finally sent me the video footage and it was very plain the scratches were NOT there when I pulled into the wash bay. They will not pay to get the scratches out that their machine created. My suggestion would be NOT to use this company’s services.
Decent car wash. Convenient for Colonial Heights. Does a pretty good job on your car using the $12 wash.
