I can see why they average a 3.8 on the reviews. I usually use the one in Jonesbourgh, but was at the blood bank. One overhead brush wasn't working. My inner fenders didn't get clean. Bugs still on the front grill. Maybe it was because some guy in a cream colored shirt pre-washed me instead of the guy that showed up later in a dark blue shirt? Thank goodness I don't have to use this wash. I bought a monthly gold wash membership last month, might have to cancell it.
This place used to be a really good place. My father in law and my wife and I always took our cars here. However the other day, we went through and it was terrible. It took a long time to get up to the opening due to a truck in front needing extra attention. Then we noticed that the amount of soap is drastically reduced, followed by not enough water to even rinse the car.
