I was in the area and came to this place for a one-time wash. I was paying for a one-time wash when a salesman came over and started talking about free car washes for a month. He took over the kiosk I was paying at and completely changed up what I was paying for. I explicitly stated multiple times in our conversation that I did not want a subscription and just wanted a one-time wash and he proceeded to still sign me up for one saying "it's not a subscription the car wash just comes with free washes for a month". Not pleased! I bought a contract for one month and cancelled it, but they billed me for another month and would not give a refund.
This car wash is the worst I came inquiring about a fleet for my company my company would be bringing in vehicles weekly. My first wash garbage barely got the truck clean very upsetting when you pay 30.00 dollars for membership. I came in a second time the wash was better but the vaccine where crap omgee.. you guys need to get together I am currently looking for another for my company. 30.00 dollars a month is not worth me paying for my fleet. Dissatisfied customer
