Terrible wash for $30 and then when asked about it I get an attitude from the staff.
I am thrilled that more competition is opening up near here so I won’t have to go back. The aggressive, never-ending sales of their packages has completely lost my business. I pulled into the self service kiosk, chose my wash, and already had my card inserted to pay. An aggressive employee came over and scolded me and told me that it was his job to do that. If you're in a truck do not waste your time. It will not touch your back window or your tailgate. The guy who has the brush will not touch it either.
I’ve had the premium wash for a year. This location is the only one that has the spinning windshield overhead towel dryer. Unfortunately the young skinny guy seems to be the only one working no matter what time of day I stop by. Out of all the other locations he’s the ONLY ONE that clearly doesn’t want to be there. He’s the only employee I’ve witnessed that doesn’t even touch your front end/number with the brush. I’m 100% sure everyone notices it! Yet we pay a lot of money to not get the full benefits.
