🚩THEY COMMIT FRAUD🚩 by signing me up for a monthly membership, but I did not want it!!!!! I went to this location a year ago and the gentleman asked me if I wanted to sign up for a monthly premium membership and I told him no. Wouldn't even give it one star. These people don't care one bit about your car and only ensure cars up to 3 years old. Haha what a joke. Basically if anything happens they refer you to corporate because they have no one on sight that can deal with it. They scratched my paint and tore off my third tail light on my Cadillac Escalade. The tail light alone cost over $300 to fix. The $16 wash didn't even clean my car and they cant even give a refund on site. Never ever go here unless you are prepared to fix your own vehicle.
Great service by a young guy named Wes. He was the only employee at the wash but still had a great attitude. Watched him run his way back and forth to service about 6 cars in just a couple minutes and still had time to just chat with me and my wife. Hoping this guy is working next time I come back.
My usual car wash place was closed yesterday, so I went across the street to this Wash N Roll and an older man approached me and asked if I wanted to get unlimited car washes for a month for the price of one wash. Well, of course! He took my debit card and came back with a contract that was not filled out and wanted me to sign it. Nope! When I declined his offer and told him I don't sign blank contracts, I just want to wash my car, he became very angry and rude. After going around 11 on a Sunday there were very few vacuums available after trying to reverse down the lot while vehicles are actively trying to exit the car wash I had to park and FIND an employee to make me feel stupid. They opened the other side of the vacuums and I now know why they had them closed off, barely any suction. There was a family in the parking lot taking up 4 spaces screaming at each other and the employees were busy snickering when I was concerned if I should call the cops. GO TO 1215 NASHVILLE PIKE
