they scammed me into signing a card that said i'd get free washes for a month. i assumed it was for moral or whatever to get people to come back but they have been charging me monthly fees now $20 a month for a service i don't need. i NEVER gave them my card info they took it from when i paid for the car wash. they NEVER disclosed that it was a subscription. now i can't get ahold of them, cant get ahold of my bank to dispute it, im given the run around. it's absolutely ridiculous. do not go here
Oh please, my grandchildren could do a better job washing my car. There was dirt on both sides and had spots on my windows. I think instead of apologizing under the comments it's time to rework the whole system. Never again.
Normally wash-n-roll is pretty good. The Gallatin Main Street location is below average. I am a VIP member with gold wash. I get gold wash at other locations but this one seems to skip my options and even though it shows “Gold Wash” as I go through, it only gives me Bronze level washings. There are rarely towels available, only a large can of dirty towels. I’ll only use this location as a necessity since it’s the closest to my house.
Generally good car wash, I guess… but doesn’t get everything. I left it an hour ago and have these kinds of streaks all over my windows and my sunroof is still super dirty. Had to double wash my side mirrors because there was dirt still all over. I got the second most expensive wash too. Would like some towels at the vacuum station as well
