Kept changing my card, signed me up for a membership that I never signed. Had to call corporate to get it figured out. Corporate literally told me to call the police on the store if they signed and I didn’t. I’ll never be back to this location.
The guy at the kiosk where you pay needs to keep his comments to himself when customers opt out of tipping the kid who MIGHT hit my car with a brush for a whole 10-15 seconds. We wash our personal vehicles and our work fleet here, we’ll take our business elsewhere if I encounter his attitude again.
Our go to car wash. Monthly subscriber. Best place for the money.
Car was malfunction had to go thru twice, the staff tried to make it better by upgrading my wash however when you get to the self service vacuum area the spaces are too tight to open doors to clean and they do not supply towels or rags to wipe down your ride.
