Their best car wash doesn’t clean the car. You’re only in the entire car wash cycle for about 30 seconds before it spits you out and the results show. I paid $28 for their top cleaning program and it didn’t even clean half the car. If you look at the pictures you can see massive gaps where the spinning cleaner didn’t even get to the car because it forces you through the wash cycle way too quick.
I came and had my car washed on 2/27/2026 around 3:30/4 PM. I bought the most expensive wash. This older Caucasian man subscribed me to a membership. However, with my phone recording, this man said, “no it is not a membership.” I re-confirm this 2 more times before proceeding past the gate, and he assures me - all on record - that it is NOT a membership. Paying cash - great car wash. If you are looking for a membership, find somewhere else. I canceled my membership, was not given a receipt of cancellation, was told I’m all set. A month later I was charged for my membership. Called customer service and was not given a refund because I did not have a receipt of cancellation. THEY COMMIT FRAUD- DO NOT USE I have been calling and calling, no one will answer. The guy that works there at the nonmember stand got told by me twice that I was not going to sign up.
