Got my mother's car wash there paid twelve bucks. Was only there one time the next week got charged 19.99 so I paid 32 bucks for a basic car wash.
Attendant at the Gallatin, TN location straight up lied about a 30 day trial with no recurring charge and signed us up for a membership of $31.95/month unknowingly. He insisted they were just trying to "build loyalty," but unfortunately trapping your customers into a subscription is not the way to do it. Difficult process to cancel, watch out for this place and just be prepared to say no on any "promo" they try to sell you on.
Had a situation at Wash N’ Roll. They handled it very well, communicated through the whole process. They showed sympathy, also the GM was exceptional the whole time.
Rolled through the car wash and it snapped my mirror. Filed a claim and got rejected.
Don’t go here for car wash! They don’t accept cash, only credit cards. They will try to sell memberships for thei services. Your credit card will still be charged every month for $20. If you use their service, check your credit card statement every month. You can cancel online. Good luck!
