I love going to Wash N' Roll Car Wash. It does a great job on my car and I love the vacuum systems that they provide. They have alot of suction and do a fantastic job on my interior! I love every Wash N' Roll that i have been to in Gallatin (3 convenient locations in Gallatin so far)!!
I was a member at one point in time, but cancelled. There was a shift in how they managed the car wash a few years ago and it’s gone downhill since. I understand the pressure tactics but I’d love to see the statistics for how many people refuse to come because you have to say no 3-4 times every visit. The wash itself is fine, but the vacuums are hit or miss if they’re even operational.
Two back to back bad experiences at this location with zero customer service follow up. First one seems to be a theme in the reviews. Got yelled at by an employee a few months ago after watching him yell at a coworker for 3 minutes and then yell about every customer before me. Two weeks ago my car got stuck in the car wash which was pretty unnerving with two little kids in the backseat. Thought my driver side wheels were going to get ripped off. This one isn't like the other ones the vacuums are weak they don't have the detail air brush the clean towels were wet the bottom of my car came out dry ..I love the other wash & rolls this one just isn't it
Let me tell you about my favorite car wash… I honestly think since they have gotten new, better people to work here, it is an absolute game changer let me tell you. Before the newer people, i felt it was kind of slow and not the best. Now, the workers have very uplifting energy and always do their best to get your car cleaned.
