Still being charged for a membership an employee said was cancelled 3 months ago. No customer service support. Only used the wash once and it didn’t get the car clean at all.

They was offering a unlimited wash in april stated no atomic subscription . Asked point blank only if you used it the following month. Card was charged for may anyway. I wasn't even in my own car on this day just paid for the wash. Called customer service had me on hold 2 times forever (skyler). Told her the issue of the misinformation that location is giving out. Got my mother's car wash there paid twelve bucks. Was only there one time the next week got charged 19.99 so I paid 32 bucks for a basic car wash.
