We automatically renewed for the month on the 14th. We went today and the machine said we had not automatically renewed and we had already been through the wash twice today???!!? (Car is filthy) Attendant was going to let us go through but manager came out and wanted is to sign up again…long story short we canceled monthly subscription and then had to pay for the car wash today even though the paid monthly subscription is still valid. Absolutely the worst $28 car wash ive ever had. It didnt even clean my car . We tried to find manager and was told there's not one. My car is still dirty. They guy working tried to sell me a membership instead if letting me come through a 2nd time. He was a smart ass about it... It's a scam save your money and go somewhere else
This business is a scam if you choose a monthly subscription. I had to report as fraud to my credit card company since they wouldn't cancel when requested. They had "accidentally" had two accounts under my name and were double billing me, but were not willing to fix or correct. There was no manager or owner to help or speak with after a few calls and attempts. Not a hard thing to undo and keep me as a customer. I was polite about it, but it didn't matter. Buyer Beware!!!!!
