I was not unhappy with the wash itself, I thought it did a ok job, I'm used to a much better wash. My problem arises when I went in to cancel they took my name and my id number from the sticker and told me that dont worry, he was going to cancel me, then 7 days later I was billed, I understand he might have gotten busy and forgot but the customer service plain out told me that I was not getting any type of reimbursement and basically called me a liar. Great staff and wash. Even helped the lady in front of us when she drove over the track. Very patient and never acted concerned.

Please beware... I went to one and told the man at the pay that I only wanted one wash. He even told me I could still come in for the whole month. Unknowingly he signed me up to monthly. So one car wash cost me 50 dollars. And they will NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!!

The guys do not wash the truck very well at all. I went through twice and it still had bugs that I had to clean off on the front. This is the most expensive wash you have. No tire dressing despite two trips on two consecutive days. No drying cloths, they were all wet. At the end of the period I'm cancelling my subscription. Thank you
