Went for the first time today to get the salt off my vehicle. The machine kept declining my card. My bank kept sending me notifications that the wrong cvv was used. Their machines are just a swipe so not sure what that's about, and had to use a secondary card. But I went through the wash after signing up for the mandatory subscription, only to have a very less than subpar washing. There is still salt and residue all over the side of my vehicle. Had a monthly subscription, but doesn't do a good job. Car is left with water spots, i shouldn't have to wipe the car down after a wash.
BEWARE OF WASH N ROLL I took my new car through there over two weeks ago. the attendant was waving me to pull on in the wash when my wheel apparently wasn’t aligned properly. He stopped the track to get it aligned- after it had already chewed the front wheel- then it still continued to grind the front and rear driver side wheel the entire time I went through the wash.
