Normally I love them, but here lately they keep braking down. Then some how they confused my premium plus package with someone elses account that had the basic package. How do you even do that? I've been with this location since they opened.

I’ve given them a chance after a chance, but the vacuums are always messed up. I’ve talked to the Employees for months about them not working correctly. My last trip I canceled my membership because I had to move to five different spots before I was able to find a Vacuum with the slightest suction.
