Machine scratched my wheels and they refused to be responsible because I didnt get out and look at it before I left. So I'm supposed to look at my car every time before I leave their parking lot. No one expects the car wash to tear up your stuff.
Quick and clean
If I could give 0 stars I would. Their employee lied and signed me up for a reoccurring membership that I did not agree to. When you try to cancel online it says “e-commerce not available at this time.” When you try to message them through the contact tab it says “an error occurred sending a message.” That’s fine I’ll be there soon in person to get my money back…
Beware of Wash N’ Roll Car Wash . They promote a "special" but do not readily disclose it is a reoccurring charge monthly when they have you sign off. They expect you to read everything while there is a line behind you. You get no reminder and customer service is unsatisfactory. Even after I canceled the subscription on the 30th day. Shady business practice.... ***UPDATE*** Attempted to call the customer service number as requested and left detailed voicemail twice and NO RESPONSE OR CALL BACK!!!!! The car had been attacked by both bird and cat, we rescued her with the help of wash n roll in the ville of crosses. Update: 10/24/25today we visit in preparation of traveling for reunions of the family for the next two weekends...we shall return
