i got really bad scratches on my brand new truck other day and I requested the employees to make sure the inside brushes maybe something stuck on them because we had a family subscription and I don’t want our other cars get scratches and anybody’s else’s vehicle either
Middle aged white haired guy rings me up for a single wash. Tries to sell me on some monthly special. After not wanting to give him my information and having to cancel in the future, he proceeds for next two minutes telling me how I don't understand math and talk down to us. I'm just trying to check out. Plenty of other car washes in Cookeville. Screw that place
Terrible! Do not waste your time or money here! Does not wash your car well at all. And what they don’t tell you is when you try and cancel. MAKE SURE YOU GET THAT LITTLE WHITE SLIP THAT SHOWS YOU CANCELED IT! Because if they continue to bill you anyway they won’t refund you without it! So don’t just trust the people there telling you it’s canceled. They lie to you. Never again! Buyer beware.
