I was there recently just for a one time wash and the tenant told me they had a special deal going on for first time customers. I specifically asked him if this was a membership and I did not want a subscription and he told me no now I have a $48 charge coming out of my bank because it was a subscription and that they lied when I called to ask to get refunded and for that to cancel, they said they will not give me my money back. I will be disputing this through my bank.
One of the staff the damaged my vehicle. No manager on-site, no one will take responsibility. Customer service doesn't care
