This is a decent car wash. The vacuum cleaners definitely need to be fixed or replaced as half of them barely work. The employee Melissa does a great job at giving my car a good scrubbing before it goes into the wash and she is very kind and professional. The other employees really need to work on their customer service and doing the pre scrubbing properly because sometimes they barely touch it. I have a membership and will probably keep it for as long as Melissa keeps working here.
The lady that sat at the kiosk was very pushy to get me to get a monthly subscription. I understand the upsale push however when I said no several times she ran my card and gave me my receipt and there was no thank you at all! No appreciation for my business at all! With the abundance of other car washes I will not return here just because there was no thank you or appreciation!
Easy, convienent, great hours and Melissa whom is usually the one greeting me at the start is fabulous. Always working hard while smiling. Everyone there is great including the sales team who signed me up for my monthly pass.
