The lady that sat at the kiosk was very pushy to get me to get a monthly subscription. I understand the upsale push however when I said no several times she ran my card and gave me my receipt and there was no thank you at all! No appreciation for my business at all! With the abundance of other car washes I will not return here just because there was no thank you or appreciation!
Easy, convienent, great hours and Melissa whom is usually the one greeting me at the start is fabulous. Always working hard while smiling. Everyone there is great including the sales team who signed me up for my monthly pass.
Nice car wash. Melissa is the best; She is always smiling, so kind, and extremely respectful. If she isn’t a manager, she should be.
Normally I would give a 5 star rating, but on 9/14/25 at 2 pm the wash prep guy was rude and impatient. His hand signals were unclear (my passenger though so as well) and he made several hateful remarks
