My rims got destroyed, damage was done by their tire guide which resulted in deep gauges(an employee allowed me find where it occurred). Management/owner never resolved nor reached out via phone, I did all communication. Cancelled membership knowing there be no solution, 4 months later with crickets chirping still. Poor customer service from Owner/management
I’ve been a member for over three years and I don’t have any problems whatsoever I chose this car wash because I like my vehicle brushed with micro fibers rather than beaten with rubber brushes
Sean is the best. Great customer service
Athens location.. great job for 10.00 wash. We have used this location numerous times since moving to athens.
I’ve been twice this week and they haven’t been open. Even though according to their hours they should be! We also pay for the subscription. Either change your hours or be on time. If you plan on going when they supposedly open, don’t waste your time, go somewhere else!
