I guess I signed papers not knowing what I was signing, I thought I was getting a $10 wash for a month. When I check my my credit card statement they had already charged me $19.95 for another month. None of this was explained to me but when I call customer service. She said she reads everything that she signs. I could not get my money back. I used the car wash once, cuz I live on the other side of the county. Just a plain rip off. I would have gave zero stars but that's not an option. Very disappointed.
Does a great job
Please stop coming to my window and asking if I want to do a monthly subscription. Just wanting to wash my car, dont need someone asking me everytime I come in. Also didn't have any clean towels or interior cleaner, in a empty lot with only me and 1 other car here.
