This is hands down one of the worst car washes in Tennessee, maybe the entire country. The dryer on the right side has been broken for over SIX months. Yes, six freaking months. I’ve complained to every single employee there, even the manager, and every time I get the same excuse: “We have the parts, we’re just waiting for the company to install it.” Are you serious? I moved to the area back in May and needed to find a new car wash to visit. I have been coming here since then, but the wash is not great as well as the staff. The workers seem to not be so kind, however there was a very nice lady who did help one day but I haven’t seen her in a while. Another con is the vacuums are always clogged. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend but if it’s all you got then you do you!
