I went into your location on Coursey Boulevard to have an all change on a 2006 Toyota Highlander I was advised I needed high mileage oil which is the same thing I would do when I go to Walmart and get a high mileage oil for $45 it turns out five minute quick change they’re only high mileage oil is $105 for an all change I think that you’re misleading your blend of synthetic is the same thing as Walmart high mileage $45 job I’m very unhappy with it.

Let me tell you what, if I could give you a zero I would. The manager was worthless. He is a cocky kid who comes at you when you tell them they messed up and refuse to even say sorry or try to make it right. They instead tell you to prove that it was them that messed it up. Took a 2020 Ford in and they overfilled the truck and then lied telling me it was a turbo. This place is amazing. I took my friend's Honda for an oil change. The first thing the guy asked me was if I would like some bottled water and directed me right in to a bay. Between Quan, Loui and Kyle, that's right -3 guys taking suburb care of me, they were friendly, professional and expedient. They defined what customer service should be. My first time taking my car to have an oil change. The experience was a little different, I sat in the vehicle as my car is checked. To begin I thought they only changed oil. Technician checks everything. Jonathan was the technician who serviced my car. He went above and beyond, changed my wind shield wipers, the biodegradable filter.
Very fast and friendly service on my oil change. They also do state inspections.
A once great company—down the tube! Poorly managed. Waited 1hr 10mins and no oil change, resembled a disorganized PARKING LOT. I have patronized this business from the beginning, throughout over a million miles of oil changes. Today was the END OF OUR ROAD Together. NEVER WILL I BE BACK OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN!!
INCOMPETENT & UNETHICAL To cut to, though they were friendly, they stripped the threads in my oil pan, which ran my engine dry of oil within a weeks time. I've never had any oil issues before. Given a week to respond now, they've NOT taken responsibility for replacing my oil pan and have been unwilling to even refund their $100+ disservice or reimburse any expenses. BEWARE! Damaged my front right fender, Had to FIGHT with them for 4 days to get them to pay for it. Mangers Lied about “Never Seeing anything like this happen before.” Managers asked if I wanted to pay half of the damages that were not my fault. I had to threaten to sue them to get them to pay for the whole thing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
