The location people do a pretty good job, but seems like a high turnover. Been a Platinum member for long time, no issues with my truck. 1 trip through, the wheel shine part broke off the valve stem, which is also the tire pressure sensor. Filed a claim, and corporate said that since the ‘valve stem cap’ was NOT factory, there was nothing they could do. But, they were courteous enough to include a copy of their ‘disclaimer’, which also EXCLUDES anything on vehicles over 3 years old. So, I’ll be canceling my long time monthly... read more

I have used Wash n Roll since they came to Gallatin Tennessee. I was impressed with the VIP service they offered and signed up, but when my payment for June was late and paid on the first of July after a few days I couldn't wash my car in the VIP without having to pay again and today after nor being able to wash my car in July they took out a payment anyway. Needless to say if you're late on a payment and then they charge you again without allowing you to use the service you paid for. Just cancel. That was so wrong of them t... read more

Car was in terrible condition after I left. SMH ended up having to take it to Chumbley’s Detailing to get it done right!! Maddox hooked me up!!!
