Terrible girl to busy to get which service I wanted right. Lazy! On ear buds or something. I go through tunnel expecting service I requested and she says oh you only asked for 16 dollar service. I said no. Then she gets attitude. I guess full service means 16 dollar wash. Instead of trying to make it right she goes sits down to talks and sit on her butt with other workers. I used to always wash my vehicles there! Not anymore
Waited at the pay booth for 15 minutes. The 2 staff was more focused on a truck. They have no interest in my vehicle.
I've been there twice. The First time, didn't get a good rinse and I had to wipe off the water spots/drips. The second time I went there, I got the supreme package and got the same results. I had to wipe off the water spots/dips. I think I'll try Stripes the next time.
Work vehicle denied at wash for excessive mud and I’m not suppose to pay to get it cleaned and have no way to clean it off prior to coming to the wash.
