This is the second time I’ve been through and $24 each time for the “best wash”. Usually there’s that mixed coloured foam that coats the car, then washes. The last 2 times I’ve been hasn’t had any of that soap. And my cat still looks like it hasn’t been washed. Ridiculous. Edit to add - I’ve been in several times the last few months and it always that multicoloured foam soap sprayed all over before it washed. Absolutely disappointed with my experience at Wash N Glo Cranbourne. I used their automatic car wash and it left visible scratches and swirl marks all over my car’s paint. The car was in good condition before, and immediately after the wash I could clearly see fine scratches across multiple panels. This is unacceptable for a paid service that is supposed to clean your car, not damage it. It looks like the brushes are not properly maintained and are likely carrying dirt and debris, which is causing damage to vehicles. I would... read more
