I went today at 7:07 am for automatic car wash for a deluxe wash of $17. The money of $17.50 was deducted from the card and machine was not working and no receipt as well. I tried calling the number on website no response.
Just got there today paid my money and the machine not working. There is no sign to notify people that it is not working. Tried to call the number on Google map and goes to voicemail . Waited for like 20 mins. ***Update got my refund** been going there and haven’t had issues so far
May 2025 - Went here again recently it is actually a rip off. The time you get here vs other car wash it's insane how much this car wash is ripping people off. Use BP Car wash on Thompson Rd and Cranbourne Narre Warren Rd you will know what I am talking about. Highly recommended. Got ripped off by paying through a card. Overcharged, although I only used partial amount, still got charged $15, and in between foam stopped coming out of foam brush. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience. I'm not going back again.
